CANCELLATIONS

Tattered Ts does not accept cancellations after an order has been placed. Please note this includes "Pre-Orders."

 

ORDER INSPECTION DAMAGES / ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  

 

INVALID ADDRESSES

All packages returned to Tattered Ts due to an invalid address will be restocked and you will be issued an E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge. We are unable to reship an order as all returned shipments are processed by our Returns Department. You can use the E-Gift Card to place an additional order to the corrected address; however, we do not guarantee that items will be in-stock at the time of your reorder.

 

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).  Swimwear and undergarments also are nonreturnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the unwanted item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item so that you are not waiting to see if the return is accepted.

 

REFUND PROCESSING

Tattered Ts will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

ORDERS CANCELED BY TATTERED Ts

Every order is unique so reasons for cancellations and delays vary.  Luckily, this event rarely happens. Tattered Ts strives to keep merchandise status up-to-date but occasionally there are situations when an item may be out of stock and it is not evident until the fulfillment process. This can be due to damaged items, high order volume especially during the holidays, and other seasonal or manufacturing delays. 

In an alternative scenario, your order may have been canceled due to a decline by our fraud detection security verification system for reasons including but not limited to:

-Quantity of items ordered

-The address and telephone number you provided for your credit card account does not match what your bank has on file

-You are shipping your order to an address other than your billing address.

Tattered Ts has no control over such declines since they are determined by your credit card issuer.
