Return Policy

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. These sales are final.

All returns must be pre-approved. If you are not satisfied with any product you have purchased, please email customer service immediately to resolve the issue:

The follow conditions apply if you decide to return any items you have purchased:

  1. Check all merchandise for potential damage, defects, missing or any incorrect items upon arrival. Damaged, defective, missing or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. If such items are not reported in this timely fashion, we will not issue store credit or replace the item. Please email for assistance.  Be sure to include the order number.
  2. All returns must be unused, in original, unwashed and unworn condition (as well as NOT covered in pet hair, smoke smelling or make-up stained) and in the same packaging you received it.
  3. No exceptions: if an order is returned by the carrier for any reason, such as invalid address, unpaid custom charges, etc. - store credit for the price paid for the merchandise is the only refund option.
  4. A 15% restocking fee may apply.
  5. Some goods may be exempt from being returned such personal care products, intimate apparel and perishables. Additionally, items such as phone cases and home goods (room) are non-returnable.
  6. A return can only be initiated (1) one time per each original order number.
  7. Sorry, we do not accept a double return (returning an item that you received by exchange.)
  8. Your original shipping cost will not be refunded.
  9. We do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels.
  10. Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several days to reach us.  Please keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit.
  11. All returned items must be received by within 14 days of purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges after the 14 day period.
  12. Please mention any changes to current shipping address to make sure the new item shows up as quickly as possible.
  13. Please include order number in any email regarding returned merchandise.

If you are returning an item that was given to you as a GIFT and you are NOT the original buyer, please give us a heads up. We are able to exchange gifts for other items of equal or lesser value based on their availability. If any, please mention any changes to current shipping address to make sure the new item shows up as quickly as possible.


All items purchased from are sold and shipped from the USA. International buyers assume all responsibility for international shipping charges in addition to all local taxes, VAT, duties, and / or tariffs. By completing international order process, buyer assumes responsibility to pay any associated charges, if applicable.

International shipments can be tricky depending on the destination country. ships most orders through the United States Post Office and can only provide tracking information while merchandise is in the country of shipping origin, USA. Once an international order has left the USA, all inquiries about the order must be followed up with local customs and parcel delivery services.


Due to the high cost of shipping internationally, is unable to pay for international exchanges. International buyers must pay for any shipping associated with any exchanged item. Any duties and taxes will not have to be paid again during the exchange.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method if available; otherwise, you will be issued store credit. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refunds will be made within 3 days after any returned merchandise has been received, inspected and approved. Again, refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment or as a store credit. A confirmation of your refund will be sent immediately to the email address associated with your order.
