Streetwear has a rich history. In the United States in the late 1980s, Shawn Stussy, a Laguna Beach surfboard maker started the phenomenally successful brand “Stussy”. The idea to use his own designs on surfboards and t-shirts resulted in a line of apparel that became one of the world's largest names in streetwear.
